Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using Maneify.

1. Definitions

• Application / Maneify / Service: the Maneify mobile application.
• Application Store: Apple’s App Store, through which the Application is distributed.
• Provider (“we”, “us”, “our”): Evgenii Dmitriev, the developer of Maneify.
• Device: any device that can access the Service.
• You: the individual using the Service.
• Terms: this agreement between you and the Provider.

2. Acknowledgment

These Terms govern your use of the Service and form a binding agreement between you and the Provider. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use the Service.

You confirm that you are at least 13 years old. The Service is not available to individuals under 13.

Your use of the Service also requires acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

3. The Service

Maneify is an AI hair try-on app that lets you preview hairstyles, hair colors and beards on your own photo. Results are AI-generated and provided for entertainment and visualization purposes. They are simulations and may not exactly reflect a real-world outcome.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Maneify offers a limited number of free generations. Continued or unlimited use requires an auto-renewable subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and managed via Apple and our payments provider (RevenueCat).
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple’s policies.
• You can restore previous purchases using “Restore” on the paywall.

5. Your content and photos

• You keep all rights to the photos you provide. You grant us a limited license to process your photo only to generate your result, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You confirm that you have the right to use any photo you upload, and that you have the consent of any person appearing in it.
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, infringing or non-consensual content, or use the Service to impersonate or harm others.

6. Intellectual property

All original content of the Service (except your submissions) is owned by the Provider or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass usage limits, overload or abuse our servers, reverse-engineer the App, or access it through automated means.

8. Links to third-party sites

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices and accept no liability for them.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. “As is” and “as available”

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Additional mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

13. Dispute resolution

If you have any concern about the Service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

14. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be adjusted to reflect its intent and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

15. Language

If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
